March 15-1926 – December 21, 2011 Buchanan: Mary Margaret, a resident of Penetanguishene and formerly of Thamesville, passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at Georgian Bay General Hospital, Midland Site at the age of 85. She was born in Aldborough, daughter of the late Duncan and Mildred (Sharp) Buchanan. Beloved wife of Arthur M. Heximer. Sadly missed by her step-children: Patricia A. Robinson and her children Sarah Clark (Jim Elson) and Michael Clark (Gillian Reain), William Robinson (Elizabeth Kramp) and their children Johanna and Marieke Robinson, Pamela H. Robinson (deceased) (Robert Grant) and their children Luke and Russell Grant, Gale Trendel (Bob Trendel) and her children Bill Trendel and David Trendel (Janice) and their children Kaitlin and Jamie, June Heximer and her children Jane and Liam Kirby, Kathryn Heximer-Convery (Martin) and their children James (Erin Mezitis), Jeffrey (Heather McCullough) and Robert, Jeff Heximer (Deborah) and their children Spencer and Kaitlyn. Predeceased by her first husband Harold “Robbie” Robinson (1985) and brother Duncan L. Buchanan. A funeral service will be held from the chapel of the John C. Badder Funeral Home, 72 Victoria Street, Thamesville on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. Interment in Mayhew-Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Thamesville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made at the funeral home by cheque to Wye Marsh Wildlife Centre or the Canadian Wildlife Federation.
