Obituary of Pearl Goodreau

Goodreau, Pearl formerly of Thamesville and a former resident of Waverley Mansion, London passed away Saturday, June 7, 2014 at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital at the age of 90. Born in Camden Township, daughter of the late Chis and Alice (Humphrey) Eglin. Pearl was a member of St. James Presbyterian Church, Thamesville.  Predeceased by her first husband Harold Smith and second husband John Goodreau. Loving mother of Bonnie & Ken Hodges of London and Gordon Smith. Sadly missed by grandchildren Tim Hodges, Ashley Bender (Ryan), Jennifer Smith and Micheal Smith and great grandchildren Katie and Ava Bender. Sister of Jack Eglin. Predeceased by sister Jean Oliphant (Goldie) and brother Charlie Eglin. The Goodreau family will receive friends at the John C. Badder Funeral Home, 72 Victoria St., Thamesville on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held from the funeral home on Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. Interment in Mayhew-Mt.
