Obituary of Theodore "Ted" Benjamin Gerard Carron

Theodore "Ted" Benjamin Gerard Carron of Thamesville, Ontario passed away suddenly on September 22, 2015 at the Bluewater Health Hospital in Sarnia, two months short of his 90th birthday.

He was born in Seaforth, Ontario on November 15, 1925.

Ted farmed in Howard Township, Kent County for most of his life. He was also a millwright, pipe fitter and mechanic.

He retired to Thamesville in 2012.

He is predeceased by his wife, Alice Madeleine (Jubenville) Carron (1990) .

He was the father of nine children: Suzanne (Rolf) Stengl, Joe (2015), Steve (Tina), Rolie, Rosanne (Del) Kearney, Christine (1977), Ben, Jackie (Fred Skogland) and Laurie. He had 12 grandchildren: Ryan and Kyle Stengl, Josh Carron, Keith and Brian Kearney, Sandra and Joanne Carron Caruso, and Leslie and Jillian Carron.

Visitation at the John C. Badder Funeral Home, Thamesville on Friday, 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. with the funeral service from the funeral home on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. (service starting at 10:30 a.m). Interment in St. Paul's Cemetery, Thamesville. Luncheon following at the Thamesville Legion.
