Obituary of Brenda Burrell

Brenda Lee Burrell passed away Saturday, Jan. 26,2019  at Sarnia St. Joseph's Hospice peacefully on her own terms with her family at her side. Loving wife of  Stanley Burrell of Rutherford. Brenda was the daughter of the late Lorne and Shirley Anderson of Petrolia. Sister of Cheryl and (Mark) Cole. Aunt of Miranda (Aric)Webster and Curtis(Kate) Cole.Great aunt of Anderson Webster.Survived by many brothers and sisters in laws.Donna and Pete Brant, Barbara and Sandy Holmes, Ruth and Grant Blackburn,Sharon Davidson, Sheila and Wayne Harper,Keith and Marnie Burrell,Calvin and Beth Burrell, Brenda and Denis Phillips. Brenda is also survived by many aunts , uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.Brenda began her 32 year career with the Suncor, Sarnia Refinery, as an Industrial Hygienist. She worked on many projects throughout her career. Brenda loved her life as a farmers wife. It was a learning curve for the city girl as the neighbours called her. Brenda will be missed by all of her family, friends, and co-workers at Suncor. At Brenda's request cremation has taken place. Family and friends will be received at the Badder Funeral Home & Reception Centre, 679 North St., Dresden on Friday from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. The Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at 11:00 AM. Interment of Cremains in Dresden Cemetery.
