Betty Netty Hart, a resident of Blenheim and formerly of Dresden, passed away on Friday, September 6, 2019 at her home at the age of 80. Born in Chatham, the daughter of the late Carson and Pearl (Porter) Jinkerson. Mother of Cathy Mervin (Rick), Peter Hart (Louise), Douglas Hart (Carolyn), Joe Hart (Samay). Mother-in-law of Joanne Hart. Grandma of 16 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. Sister of Beatrice Sharp, Nellie Luck, Shirley Ritchie, Addie LaLiberty, Dorothy Jinkerson, Sam Jinkerson, Dan Jinkerson and Gerald Jinkerson. Predeceased by daughter Marie Monica (1969); sons Charles (1973), William Jr. (2018) and John (2019); 2 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; sister Gwen Belanger and brothers Walter, Mickey, Sandy and Andrew Jinkerson. The Hart family will receive friends at the Badder Funeral Home & Reception Centre 679 North St., Dresden on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 from 2 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 4 p.m. Cremation to follow with interment in Dresden Cemetery at a later date. If desired, donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society or Word of Life Soup Kitchen, Blenheim. If anyone has a favourite quilt made by Betty, please bring to the service to show .
