FORD, Stanley resident of Thamesville passed away Monday, June 28, 2010 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, PG Campus at the age of 82. He was born in Detroit son of the late Maude (Johnston) and Nelson Ford. Beloved Husband of Mary (McCready) Ford. Loving Dad of Sharon Ford of Texas, Ann Ford of Chatham, Bruce & Kathy Ford of Ingersoll, Mark & Lynda Ford of Dresden and Glenn & Debra Ford of Dresden. Proud Grandpa of John (Holly), Keely, Mike (Brittany), Tim (Sarah), Bethany (Tim), Aaron, Nathan and Darcy. Cherished Great Grandpa of Ethan, Ava, William, Brandon, Justin and Jason. Dear Brother of Virginia Domanski of Wallaceburg. Predeceased by Son and Daughter-in-law Philip and Donna Ford and Granddaughter Liz. The Ford family will receive friends at the Badder Funeral Home & Reception Centre, 679 North St., Dresden on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held from the chapel of the funeral home on Friday, July 2, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Michelle Collins-Wongkee officiating. Interment in Dresden Cemetery. Donations may be made at the funeral home by cheque to Canadian Diabetes Association.
