Newcombe; Marjorie L. (Tiffin) a resident of Thamesville, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Friday, December 20, 2019 at the age of 97. Born in Chatham, daughter of the late Hercules and Goldie Tiffin. Predeceased by her husband Ronald Newcombe (2002) and daughter Janet Newcombe (2011). Loving mother to Sharron Eddy, Paul Newcombe, Lorraine Fallowfield (Michael), Marilyn Newcombe and David Newcombe. Cherished grandma to Kathryn Eddy (Jason), Hannah Collins (John), Mark Collins (Leigh), Andrew Fallowfield (Crystal), Matthew Fallowfield (Samantha), Chris Aers, Josh Newcombe, and Shana Newcombe (John). Proud great-grandma of Darion, Isaac, Noah, Sieanna, Kelsey, Kendra, Kiara, Tristan, Hunter, Cadence, Jaycee, Marlee, Addison, and Fletcher. Dear sister to Ida Yoos and sister-in-law of Pat Tiffin.  Predeceased by family Valera & Charles Paling, Tom & Anne Tiffin, Herman & Tony Tiffin, Lyle Tiffin, John Yoos, Eva & Mac Caldwell, Ervin & Frances Newcombe, Gordon Newcombe, and Clarence Newcombe. Marjorie is survived by many nieces, nephews and their families. 

The Newcombe family will receive friends and relatives at the John C. Badder Funeral Home, 72 Victoria St, Thamesville on Monday, December 23, 2019 from 11:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 PM. (those attending visitation or service please do not wear any perfume or body scents due to a family member with severe allergies to those products). Interment in Mayhew-Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Thamesville. Those wishing to leave an expression of sympathy are asked to consider a donation by cheque to the Trinity Christian Centre, Dresden, The Salvation Army, or the Gideons. Online condolences and donations may be left at www.badderfuneralhome.com. The family would like to thank Dr. John Stronks, and the many nurses, especially Susan Arnold, care partners Jenn Clark, Penny Kennedy, and a very special lady that had loved and cared for Mom and helped us travel this bitter sweet journey, Stacy Carther.
