Obituary of Brian "Hammer" Johnston

 Brian (Hammer) Johnston a resident of Dresden passed away on Sunday, December 22, 2019 at the age of 68. Son of the late Ray Johnston (1993) and Louise (Botterill) Johnston Houle Smith (2013). Beloved Husband of 42 years to Olga Bodnar. Loving Father to Barry Bodnar, Jonathan (Shayna) Bodnar and Proud Grandfather to Fletcher. Dear Brother to Robert (Rosie) Johnston (Susan), Kevin Houle (Becky), Debbie Houle Simpson (Robert) and Gerald Johnston. Uncle and Great Uncle to several nieces and nephews. Best companion to Spooky his dog. Brian was an avid sportsman with a great love for hockey, motorcycling, shooting and fishing. At Brian's request, cremation has taken place. There will be a Celebration of Brian's Life on Sunday December 29, 2019 at the Dresden Legion from 1-4 p.m. If desired, donations may be made to Ronald McDonald House Charities Southwestern Ontario.
