Axford: William “Bill”, formerly of Thamesville, passed away peacefully at Riverview Gardens, Chatham on Thursday, April 8, 2010 at the age of 80. Born in Chatham, son of the late Ernest and Violet (Winters) Axford. Bill is survived by his sister Rachel Hellewell of Haliburton and his many friends and staff at Riverview Gardens. Predeceased by a brother Henry Axford. A funeral service will be held at Riverview Gardens, 519 King St. W., Chatham on Saturday, April 10, 2010 at 10am. Interment Mayhew-Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Thamesville. If desired donations to Riverview Gardens would be appreciated by the family. Online condolences and donations may be left at www.badderfuneralhome.com.
