Obituary of Duane Edward Chapman
Chapman: Duane Edward, a resident of Bothwell, passed away peacefully at the London Health Sciences Centre, Victoria Campus on Friday, September 11, 2020 at the age of 60. Born in Sarnia, son of the late Robert and Betty Jean (McGee) Chapman. "The Dog" was a strong but gentle man, a jokester, who had a background in martial art's, and had a passion for Fiero's. Duane was a veteran serving in the Canadian Armed Forces, and worked for Lambton County Developmental Services for 30 plus years. He always looked forward to going to work and interacting with the clients and respected and admired the management team and co workers he worked with. Beloved husband of Sharon (Bodechon) Chapman. Loving father of Brad (Kate), Jennifer (Michael), Heather, and Michael. He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Isaac, Madison, Sara, and Audrey, Dear brother of Robert (Brenda), and Brenda. He will be fondly remembered by his extended family, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, co workers, and friends. At Duane’s request cremation has taken place, a memorial gathering will be held at a later date.
