Obituary of Jean Donna Elizabeth Markowski

Markowski: Jean (Labadie) a resident of Thamesville, passed away peacefully at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham on Sunday, March 30, 2025 at the age of 80. Born in Newbury ON., daughter of the Late Jacob and Martha (Marcoux) Labadie. Beloved wife of David Markowski. Predeceased by her son Dan Markowski (1985). Dear sister and sister-in-law of Violet Moore (late Lou), Bob Labadie (Ann), Phil Reaume and Tony Nieuwenhuizen. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sisters Deanna Long, Lorraine Reaume, June Montagna (late Carlo), Sue Nieuwenhuizen and an infant brother Jerry. The Markowski family will receive friends at the John C. Badder Funeral Home, 72 Victoria St., Thamesville on Thursday, April 3, 2025 from 12:30 PM until the time of the funeral service at 1:30 PM. Interment Mayhew-Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Thamesville.
