Obituary of George Cieslar

Cieslar: George, a resident of Dresden, passed away peacefully at the Chatham-Kent Hospice on Tuesday, December 24, 2025 at the age of 86. Born in Grande Prairie Alberta, son of the late Rudolph and Augusta (Ganz) Cieslar. George farmed all his life in Dawn Twp. He is survived by the mother of his children Linda (Jariett) Cieslar; sons Mickey Cieslar, Chris Cieslar (Amy Calupig); daughter Heather Bilyea (Paul); grandchildren Maya, Dillon, Kyle, Ryan, and Tyler; a sister Esther Topper; a brother Harry Cieslar; many nieces and nephews. Predceased by a sister Lilly Somer, and a brother Dick Cieslar. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of George's Life will be held at a later date.
