Wheeler: Lorraine (Dawson) a resident of Chatham, passed away peacefully with her family by her side at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham on Saturday, December 27, 2025 at the age of 88. Born in Chatham, daughter of the late Edward and Avis (Archibald) Dawson. Beloved wife of 64 years to the Late Robert "Bob" Wheeler (2023). Loving mother of Steve Wheeler (Gwen), Mark Wheeler, and Glenda McDonald (Ian). Proud grandma of Catherine (Zach), Michelle (Pon), Jessica (Cody), Austin and great-grandchildren Olivia, Cooper and Dawson. Dear brother-in-law of Ray Wheeler (Glenis) Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Beloved life long friends of the entire Patterson family. Predeceased by her brothers John, Grant, Bob, Dave and a sister Myla. At Lorraine’s request cremation will take place.
