Obituary of Joan Marie Roberts

 Roberts: Joan Marie (Searson) a resident of Dresden, passed away peacefully at Fairfield Park, Wallaceburg on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at the age of 85. Born in Strathroy ON., daughter of the Late John and Leah (Heaton) Searson. Joan had worked for many years as a nurse at the Dresden Canners. Beloved wife of 56 years to  the Late Bill Roberts (2020). Loving mother to Bill Roberts Jr. (Becky) and John Roberts. Forever missed by her grandchildren Nicole Billett (Dwayne), Josh Gauthier (Michelle), and great-grandchildren Zander (Kayne), Brooklyn (Donald), Trenton, Zachary, Emily, Gabriel (Morgan), Marcus, and great-great-grandchildren Ellie, Tristan, Christopher, and Thomas.  Dear sister and sister-in-law to  Anne Walker (Late Ron), Mary Ethel Douglas (Late Ken), Roy Searson (Debra), Sharon Goetz (late Sandy), Jim Roberts (Ellen), and Tom Roberts (Diana). Remembered by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sister Betty Anderson (late Bill).  Special thank-you to the doctors, nurses and staff at Fairfiled Park, for the wonderful care they gave to our mom. At  Joan's request, cremation will take place.
