Gage, George a resident of London and formerly of Bothwell went to be with his Lord and Saviour on Thursday, April 29, 2010 at Parkwood Hospital, London at the age of 88. He was born in Euphemia Twp. son of the late William and Bertha (Evans) Gage. Beloved husband of the late Gladys (Gorton) Gage (2001). Loving father of Doreen Gage of London, David Gage & Gail Read of Brantford, Donald & Linda Gage of Ruthven and Darren & Carrie Gage of Brantford. Cherished grandfather of Tish, Troy & Katja, Tyler, Brent, Kim & John, Brook and Dawn. Special great grandfather of Noah, Lucas, Sasha, Max, Donavan, Grace, Gabriel, Casandra and Dannika. Dear brother of Muriel & Ken Birtch of Windsor, Florence Willson of Tecumseh, John Gage of London and Sam Gage & Jerri Green of Windsor. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by son Douglas Gage, sisters Velma Hands, Alice Smith, Jean Switzer, Hazel Squire, Dorothy Scott, Sarah Switzer and Lillian Gage and brothers Howard, Charlie, Leonard and Fred Gage. The Gage family will receive friends at the Badder & Robinson Funeral Home 211 Elm Street, Bothwell on Sunday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held from the chapel of the funeral home on Monday, May 3, 2010 at 1 p.m. Interment in Alvinston Cemetery. Donations may be made at the funeral home by cheque to The Gideon’s or charity of your choice. Online donations and condolences may be left at www.badderfuneralhome.com.
