Additional Obit Info

Wright: Ronald, a resident of Thamesville, passed away suddenly at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham on Thursday, January 15, 2015 in his 70th year. Born in Chatham, son of the late Gerald and Katherine (Collins) Wright. Best friend and husband of Cheryl (Lapp) Wright. Loving father of Tim Wright (Shelly), Tracy Swackhammer, Trish Zehr (Jason) and Tara Prangley (Derek). Loving Pa of Tyler, Cassidy, Zander, Nash, and Brodie Bruin. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Betty Cassetta (Eddie), Bob Wright (Sally), Bonnie Smith (Charlie), John Lapp (Gail), Will Lapp (Lynn). Favourite uncle to several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his grand-daughter Madison; sister Helen Sharratt (Jack), in-laws Jack and Mae Lapp. Ron will always be remembered as the biggest Bruins fan around, but more importantly the most loving, caring, man that would do anything for his family. He always had a smile on his face and a story to tell, and as he cheers for his grandchildren from heaven , he'll be saying "two hands on your stick"! The Wright family will receive friends at the John C. Badder Funeral Home, 72 Victoria St., Thamesville on Sunday, from 2:00pm- 4:00pm and 7:00pm - 9:00pm ( As a tribute to Ron, we encourage friends and family to wear black and gold, Go Bruins). The funeral service will be held on Monday, January 19, 2015 at 1:30PM . Interment in Mayhew-Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Thamesville. If desired, donations may be made at the funeral home by cheque to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Online condolences may be left at www.badderfuneralhome.com "GO BRUINS"
