Osborne: Joanne (June) formerly of Thamesville, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance at the age of 79. Born in Thamesville, daughter of the late James and Mary Anne (Haskell) June. Beloved wife of the late Harold “Pinky” Osborne. Loving mother of Luanne Poehlman of Thamesville and Tim Osborne (Shelley) of Tilbury. Loving grandmother of Jeremy and Connie Poehlman (Jacob and Emma), Randy and Mayumi Poehlman (Mya), Trish and Kyle Myers (Taylor and Addison), Amanda and Josh Wright (Payton and Parker) and Bobby Charron (Jordan McDonald). Dear sister of Elsie Pettepiece, Marion Pickard, Grace Cook, Murray June (Marty). Sadly missed by sister-in-law Norine June. Predeceased by brothers Albert and Donald June and sisters Lillian Sayers and Ethel Moody. The Osborne family will receive friends at the John C. Badder Funeral Home, 72 Victoria St., Thamesville on Thursday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held from the funeral home on Friday, July 19, 2013 at 1:30pm. Interment in Mayhew-Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Thamesville. Donations may be made at the funeral home by cheque to Canadian Diabetes Association or Alzheimer Society.
