Murphy: Anita (Wilson), formerly of Aberfeldy, Watford, Alvinston and Glencoe, passed away peacefully at Four Counties Health Services, Newbury on Tuesday, October 25, 2011 at the age of 93. Born in Kerrobert, Saskatchewan, daughter of the late Aubrey “Bill” and Oretha (Kidd) Wilson. Beloved wife of the late William John Murphy (1977). Loving mother of Nancy Myers (Lou Fleming) of R.R.2 Rodney, Linda Fingland (John) of London, Richard Murphy (Carol) of Alvinston, and Ken Murphy of London. Anita will be sadly missed by 17 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Richard Wilson of Toronto. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sons-in-law John Myers and Alexander Smith, a sister Shirley Graham, and a brother Keith Wilson. The Murphy family will receive friends at the Badder & Robinson Funeral Home, 211 Elm St., Bothwell on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. The funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday, October 27, 2011 at 11:00am with Rev. Annalee Kerr officiating. Interment Bothwell Cemetery at a later date.
