  Hanson: Mabel (Mitchell), a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away peacefully at Fairfield Park, Wallaceburg on Saturday, May 19, 2012 at the age of 92. Born in Dresden, daughter of the late Oscar “Jack”  and Blanch (Markham) Mitchell. Beloved wife of the late Donald Hanson (1988). Loving mother of Sharron Oliphant of Wallaceburg, Shirley Perrit (Jim) of Thamesville, Marilyn Osborne (John) of Brigden, Buck Hanson (Cathy) of Wallaceburg. Loving grandmother of 12 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Helen Kani and Raymond Mitchell. Predeceased by a daughter-in-law Nancy, and son-in-law Hugh, sisters Peggy, Grace, Betty,Marie ; brothers Bill and Sidney,  a grandaughter Rebecca; a great-grandchild and a grand-son-in-law Mark. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. The Hanson family will receive friends at the Badder Funeral Home & Reception Centre, 679 North St., Dresden on Tuesday evening from 7-9pm. The funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at 11:00am. Interment Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg. Donations may be made at the funeral home by cheque to the Dresden food bank  or Community of Christ Erie Beach Reunion Grounds.
