Obituary of Anne M. Fennell

Fennell, Anne Marie (MacCallum) – April 8, 1931 – June 15, 2011, beloved wife of William Harold Fennell for 57 years. Loving mother and grandmother of: Dick Fennell(Gail), Wyoming USA, Chad and Garrett Fennell and their mother Robin; Becky (Doug) Elder of Calgary, AB and their children Willliam, Kristi and Thomas; Amos Fennell (Michelle Wight) and their children Brittany, Jacob, Michael and Savannah. Family members are her brother Thomas (2002 and Evelyn MacCallum, sister Sally Ewbank(2010) (Ray 1990) and their children Andy, Peter (Kathleen) Ewbank and family; sister Shirley Cobban (Laverne) and their sons David (1992)Paul and Tom; brother-in-law Robert (Eunice) Fennell and their children Penny, Margaret, Barbara and Jane and families; sister-in-law Margery (Robert)Davis and their children Lynne, Tim, Lucille and Laura and families; sister-in-law Beth (2001) (Edward 1967) White and their son Deen (Katherine)White. Anne was predeaced by a beloved son James William (1960-1967) and her parents Murray(1965) and Lila (Carruthers)(1978) MacCallum. She was raised and married at the MacCallum family home at Mount Peter Farm in the Old South Ekfrid community. She graduated as an RN in January 1953 from Victoria Hospital and she was a member of the Appin Presbyterian church. The Fennell family will receive friends at the Badder & Robinson Funeral Home, 211 Elm St, Bothwell Ontario on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday, June 20, 2011 at 1:30 PM with Rev. Amanda MacMillan of Appin Presybterian Church officiating. In lieu of flowers Anne has requested that anyone wishing to make a donation, can make a donation by cheque to the charity of one`s choice.
