Cracknell: Arthur G. a resident of Blenheim and formerly of Thamesville, passed away peacefully at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham on Thursday, December 29, 2011 at the age of 88. Predeceased by his first wife Irma (Holmes) Cracknell (1984). Beloved husband of Lenore (Nurse) Cracknell. Art is survived by step-children Joleene Morrison (Ken) of Kamloops, John Cracknell (Deborah) of Wallaceburg. Predeceased by 5 sisters and 9 brothers. Sadly missed by dear friends Ester and Lew De Vore. Friends and family will be received at the Badder Funeral Home & Reception Centre, 679 North St., Dresden on Saturday, December 31, 2011 from 11am until the time of the funeral service at 1pm, with Rev. Annalee Kerr of the Wabash United Church officiating. A private interment will take place at Dresden Cemetery. Donations may be made at the funeral home by cheque to the Wabash United Church.
