Hopkins: Phyllis (Noah), a resident of Moraviantown, passed away peacefully at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, on Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at the age of 83. Born in Moraviantown, daughter of the late Jeff and Mamie (Lewis) Noah. Beloved wife of the late Elmer Hopkins (1989). Loving mother of Kenneth Hopkins, Gordon Hopkins (Patricia), Leo Hopkins (Sandra), Charles Hopkins, Danny Hopkins, Keith Hopkins, Lana Parenteau, Janet Hopkins and Lorne Hopkins. Sadly missed by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Dear sister of Pauline Gillan (Jim). She is predeceased by a baby boy. The Hopkins family will receive friends at the John C. Badder Funeral Home, 72 Victoria St., Thamesville on Sunday from 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Monday, March 26, 2012 at 11 am. Interment in Moraviantown Cemetery. If dersired, donations to the Grace Bible Church, Heart and Stroke Foundation or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
