Huff: Retta (Jacobs) a resident of Moraviantown, passed away peacefully at the C.K.H.A. Public General Campus, on Sunday, November 29, 2009 at the age of 87. Born in Moraviantown, daughter of the late Russell and Mattie (Logan) Jacobs. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Huff (1967). Loving mother of Gwen and Winston Williams of Muncey, Shirley and Bill Tooshkenig and Veronica and Lindsay Sword all of Walpole Island, Joan and Chris Vallier and Rolland Huff all of Toronto. Loving grandmother of 12 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Ruby Jacobs. Predeceased by a daughter Virginia Thomson, a son James Huff, a grand-daughter Luann Williams and brothers Garnet, Russell, Raymond, and Charlie Jacobs.The Huff family will receive friends at the John C. Badder Funeral Home, 72 Victoria St., Thamesville on Tuesday evening from 7-9pm. A prayer service will be held at 8:00pm . The funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at 1:00pm with Rev. Pierce Russell officiating. Interment Moraviantown Cemetery.
