Koetsier: Ruth Ann (Jones) a resident of Thamesville passed away Sunday, March 11, 2012 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham at the age of 74. She was born in Chatham daughter of the late Mancel and Nellie Jones. Beloved wife of Herman Koetsier. Loving mom of the late Bill Pennings Jr.(Grace), Brian Pennings of Chatham, Clare Broad (Bev) of Wallaceburg, Ruth Roesch (Ted) of Thamesville, Merrie Sulit (Michael) of Toronto, Lillian Gerrard (Jeff Johnston) of Saskatchewan and Tracey Koetsier of Chatham. Cherished Oma to 25 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Helen Unsworth of Saskatchewan. She is predeceased by one brother and two sisters. A graveside service will be held at St. Anthony’s Cemetery, Chatham on Friday, March 16, 2012 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Lynn Brown officiating. If desired donations to Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. Arrangements are entrusted to the John C. Badder Funeral Home, Thamesville.
