JACOBS: At London’s Children Hospital, Sage Cassandra Gail, born June 10, 2013 passed away Thursday, August 1, 2013. Survived by Mommy Patricia (P. Jay), Grandparents Pat & Alma; Sisters Bailey, Cassidy, Morgan, Kendall; Auntie Lindsay and Uncle Dustin; Cousin Chase; Uncle Marty and family. Sadly missed by Peter and Kendra, Syllus; Great Grandmas Faye Jacobs (Moraviantown) and Myrna Kechego (Chippewa). Several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins also survive. Predeceased by Great Grandpas Clyde Jacobs (Moraviantown) and Alvin Kechego (Chippewa). A Private Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, August 4, 2013. (Immediate Family only).
