Obituary of Steven Stocking

Stocking: Steve, a resident of R.R.#5 Thamesville, passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on Monday, March 11, 2013 at the age of 47. Born in Chatham, beloved son of the late Lee "Socks" Stocking (2003) and Lynn Wellington (Marv). Loving brother of Sandie Carnie (Arnie), Shelly Craig (Rob Warner). Dear uncle of Jessica, Caylin, Rob and Daniel. Sadly missed by his grandmother Ruth Magee. Also survived by several aunts, uncles , and good friends. A special thank-you to VON nurses Diane, Rose, Rene for the great care they gave to Steven. The Stocking family will receive friends at the Badder & Robinson Funeral Home, 211 Elm St., Bothwell on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. The funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday, March 14, 2013 at 11:00am with Rev. Mike Maroney officiating. Interment Bothwell Cemetery. Donations may be made at the funeral home by cheque to the C.K.H.A. Foundation (Oncology Dept.) or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
