Secord: Floyd, a resident of Rondeau, passed away suddenly at his home on Monday, September 30, 2013 at the age of 85. Born in Howard Twp., son of the late Ernie and Hilda (Carroll) Secord. Beloved husband of Dorothy (Elliott) Secord. Loving father and father-in-law of Scott Secord of Thamesville, the late Rod Secord and his wife Sandra of Thamesville. Loving grandpa of Randi Secord (Ryan Anderson), Tyler Secord (Katie Erickson) and great-granddaughter Jacklyn. Predeceased by a brother Lyle Secord. The Secord family will receive friends at the John C. Badder Funeral Home, 72 Victoria St., Thamesville on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 from 2:00pm until the time of the funeral service at 3:00pm with Pastor Bob McCall officiating. Interment Mayhew-Mt.Pleasant Cemetery, Thamesville. Donations may be made at the funeral home by cheque to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Charity of Choice.
