Moor: Vera Marie (Hooper) a resident of Chatham and formerly of Dresden passed away Friday, March 22, 2013 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance at the age of 70. Born in Dresden, daughter of the late Emerson and Susan (Jacques) Hooper. Beloved wife of the late William “Bill” Moor (2010). Loving mom of Karen Innes (Cam) of Chatham, Carol Henderson (Dave) of Dresden and Kelly Ellis (Jody) of Chatham. Proud grandma of Michael, Joshua, William, Matthew, Melissa, Corey, Jeffrey and Dylan. Cherished great grandma of Alexis, Mattie, Aiden and Bentley. Dear sister of Norma Shymko (Henry) of Sarnia, Shirley Cadotte (Francis) of Dresden and Snort Hooper of Dresden. Sadly missed by best friend and companion Puddles. Predeceased by brothers Lyle and Junior Hooper and sister-in-law of Pat Hooper. The Moor family will receive family and friends at the Badder Funeral Home & Reception Centre, 679 North Street, Dresden on Sunday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held from the funeral home on Monday, March 25, 2013 at 2 p.m. with Wende Badder officiating.
