  Humphrey: Bernice (Maynard) a resident of Ridgetown, passed away peacefully at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at the age of 88. Born in Euphemia Twp., daughter of the late Manell and Nellie (Rice) Maynard. Beloved wife of the late Robert Humphrey (2010). Loving mother of Verna Rich (Ron) of R.R 2 Bothwell, Alice McKim of Kent Bridge, Maxine Helmer (Bob) of Duart, John Humphrey (Joanne) of Thamesville, Robert Humphrey (Linda) of Bright. Sadly missed by 15 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Also survived by sisters-in-law Joan, Jean, and Bessie Maynard and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a son-in-law Garry McKim, brothers Roy, Fred, Jim, Gordon,  Earl, Bruce, John, George Maynard (infant). The Humphrey family will receive friends at the John C. Badder Funeral Home, 72 Victoria St., Thamesville on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Saturday, October 13, 2012 at 11:00am with Pastor Bob McCall officiating. Interment Mayhew-Mt.Pleasant Cemetery, Thamesville. Donations may be made at the funeral home by cheque to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the charity of choice.
