Johnston: Verna Elizabeth formerly of Bothwell passed away Monday, January 20, 2014 at North York General Hospital, Toronto at the age of 86. Born in Tilbury, daughter of the late John (Jack) and Beatrice Roszell. Beloved wife of the late Glen Johnston. Dear sister of Glennyce (Dale) Sinclair. Loving mother of Glenn Johnston (Judy) and Debbie Wilson (Fernando). Loving grandmother of Lindsay, Emily, Alex, Nichole and Kendra. Proud great grandmother of Jaiden and Kayden. Dear aunt to many nieces and nephews. The Johnston family will receive friends at the John C. Badder Funeral Home, 72 Victoria St., Thamesville on Saturday, January 25, 2014 from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Paul’s Roman Catholic Church, Thamesville on Saturday at 1 p.m. Interment in St. Ignatius Cemetery, Bothwell.
