Obituary of Victor Yacks

Yacks:Victor a resident of Dresden passed away, Friday, October 7, 2011 at Meadow Park Nursing Home, Chatham at the age of 67. He was born in Tupperville son of the late William and Delina (Matte) Yacks. Beloved husband of Carol (Logan) Yacks. Loving dad of Carolyn Yacks-Hasson (Dave Woudenberg), Connie Vandertil (Jeff) and Crystal Hedges (Chris). Proud papa of David, Amanda, Michael, Mitchell, Justin, Ben, Ryan, Jeremy, Abigail, Myles and Isabelle. Sadly missed by son-in-law Brad Hasson. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Allen Yacks (Marilyn), Verna Chalcraft, Miami Fader (John), Winnie Cadotte (Roger), Joyce Yacks, Clara Alexander, Margaret Yacks and Christina Yacks. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Victor was loved by many and missed by lots. Predeceased by brothers and sisters-in-law George (Laura), Russel, Cecil (Mabel), Stanley, William, Theadore (Gloria), Harvey and Morris Yacks; sisters and brothers-in-law Alice Alexander (Henry), Gladys Lozon (Gerald), Jean Alexander (Victor), Sally Yacks and Richard Chalcraft. The Yacks family will receive friends at the Badder Funeral Home & Reception Centre, 679 North St., Dresden on Monday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held from the Dresden Community Church on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at 1:30pm with Rev. Linda McFadden and Rev. Colin Paterson officiating. Interment in Dresden Cemetery.
