Obituary of John Jacobs

Jacobs : John a member of the Delaware Nation, Moraviantown passed on to the spirit world on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at his home surrounded by his loving family after a lengthy illness. Predeceased by his father Clyde Jacobs and mother Faye Jacobs. Survived by Marilyn Huff (Doug), Patrick Jacobs (Alma), Patricia Hopkins, Joel Jacobs (Teresa) and sister-in-law Catherine Jacobs. Predeceased by his brother Mitchell Jacobs and brother Allan Jacobs, brother-in-laws Gordon Hopkins Sr., Dennis Huff Sr. He will be sadly missed by special nieces Nancy Greenbird and Kerlyssa Greenbird and several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. The Jacobs family will receive friends at Johns home, 22308 Centre Road, Moraviantown from Thursday evening June 24, 2021 at 7:00pm until Sunday, June 27, 2021 at 9:00 am. A Traditional Service will begin on Sunday, June 27, 2021 at his residence at 9:00 am. Interment at Moraviantown Cemetery.
