Darlene will be remembered for her love of gardening, creativity and family. She worked hard with her hands as seen by her beautiful gardens at home and her pond.  She was known for her delicious baked goods, especially apple strudel, and her many thoughtful handcrafted gifts that she gave to others.

Darlene always gave generously of her time to everyone and never missed a birthday or special event.  Her greatest joy was her family, especially her grandchildren.  It was important for her to share many traditions with her family and spend time acknowledging every milestone. She was a devoted partner for over 53 years to her husband and they enjoyed many good memories together.
