Snake: John, a resident of Bothwell and a member of the Delaware Nation at Moraviantown, passed away peacefully at London Health Sciences Centre, University Campus on Friday, November 19, 2021 at the age of 73. Born in Chatham, son of the late Herbert and Laura (Hopkins) Snake. Beloved husband of Lori Wright-Snake. Loving father of Jon Snake, Marsha Snake,  Carrie Snake (John), Zac Stonefish, Conner Stonefish, and Quinten Stonefish. Lovng grandpa to Daanus, Paula, Nolan, Gail, Lucas, Karis, Jaylee, Christopher, Cephas, Laura and great grandpa to Ziigwan, Bryson, Dakoda, Keelan, Baby Anna, Loowan, and Delainey. Dear brother of Karran Jacobs, Kevin Snake, Brian Snake (Diane),Ted Snake, and Carmen Snake. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by a son Herbert Snake, and sisters Theresa and Ann Snake. The Snake family will receive friends at the Delaware Nation Community Centre,14811 School House Line , Moraviantown on Monday, November 22, 2021 for visitation from 11:00 AM until the time of the Traditional Funeral Service at 1:00 PM.  Interment Moraviantown Cemetery.
