Barbara Ann Everitt: “Our Keeper of History” passed away peacefully on Friday, January 14, 2022 surrounded by her family. She was proud to have been born and raised in Dresden and proud to be from the Wilmott Clan. Daughter of the late Norman & Mary Wilmott. Predeceased by her first husband Gordon White (1971). Dear wife and best friend of the late Bob Everitt (2017). Beloved mother of Julie & Dan, Wendy, Linda & John, Janie & Mark, Carole & Larry. Very proud Mamie/Grandma of Christy, Matthew (1975), Nicky (Shawn), Helen (Dave), Dwayne (Heather), Christopher, Mattie, Shane (Deb), Becca (Chris), Justin (Jen), Robin (Jeff), Katie, Jamie. Loved and missed by her great grandchildren Austin, Chelsea, Katelyn, Emily, Jessie, Brianna, Paige, Drew, Sean, Taylor, Jacob, Chloe, Noah, Hudson, Cole, Lucas, Havi, Avery, Olivia, Myah, Cali and great great grandchildren Olivia, Ray, Hunter and David. Dear sister and friend to Bob & Minetta, Betty (late Grant), Janet & Jarv, Judy (late Bob), Brenda & Brian, John & Kathryn, June & Kevin and the late Margie & John. Barb will be missed by her many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, dear friends at the coffee/lunch group and staff at Riverview Gardens. She was loved for her humour, interesting vocabulary, dedication to family history, love of puzzles, carrot muffins and butter tarts. Cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held at Dresden Cemetery. A Celebration of Barb's Life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Br. 113, Dresden at a later date. If desired, donations may be made in memory of Barb to the Royal Canadian Legion, Br. 113 Dresden. Condolences may be left at www.badderfuneralhome.com.
