Obituary of Clara Verhelle

Verhelle: Clara L. (Covemaeker) formerly of R.R.#3 Bothwell, passed away peacefully at the Babcock Community Care Centre, Wardsville on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at the age of 97. Born in Moorslede, Belgium, daughter of the Late Acheil and Emelie (Vanlerberghe) Covemaeker. Beloved wife of the Late Jeroom Verhelle (2018). Loving mother of Ron Verhelle (Francine) of Bothwell, Gary Verhelle (Joanne) of Newbury. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Angie Piper, Brian Verhelle (Candice), David Verhelle (Lindsay), Jennifer Wilson (Jeff), Steven Verhelle (Rebecca) and great-grandchildren Jayden, Liam, Brayden, Kaylin, Kira, Grace, Alec, Brooke and James.Predeceased by her sisters Zoe, Julia, and brothers Henry, Maurice, Marcel, Leon, Julian, and Andre Covemaeker. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. A Private Visitation and Funeral Mass will take place.Interment in St. Ignatius Cemetery, Bothwell.
