I met Grace in 2000 at a CCM camp at BlueWater campgrounds in Michigan and Grace became a very special lady in my life and there are so many memories that come to mind. I was privileged to spend time at their home in Port Lambton and Grace and I did things together at the house and got things ready for the camp at Erie Beach and then at Erie Beach I was privileged to stay with them in their trailer. And then there was the time Grace invited me along on a luncheon cruise on the river when she took some of her friends on the cruise. I am blessed to have one of the last pictures that Grace painted. And then there are reminders here at our house in Missouri of them staying when they came to the States. I especially remember the time we went to a German restaurant and we shared a Reuben sandwich. I am sure that there are many other lives that Grace touched as much as she touched mine. Grace was indeed a very special lady and was grace personified. I am sure that she has already heard " Well done good and faithful servant".

We have so many wonderful memories of Grace — truly a gentle and loving soul, a beautiful person who was always so interested in other people and so ready to help in any way. And such a wonderful laugh! In all my memories she is smiling and caring. We are so very sorry for your loss, knowing that the loss has been slow and incremental for many years.

I always enjoyed Grace’s sense of humour. And indeed she was a real baseball fan. We went to Jays games the years they won World Series and also Royals games during world conference. I think she was a Tigers fan. Miss you Grace.
