Dear Irene and all the family. We only heard of Paul's passing and funeral service late in the day yesterday after it was over. We are sorry we were not there. We have so many happy memories of times with all of your family when they were young. We reflect on them from time to time and sometimes wish we could have those days back. Our children, Ruth, Paul, and Sharon, were reflecting on those days yesterday. And I often speak about your good influence on my life, Irene. Your understanding of life has been a blessing in the life of both Joyce and me. May God comfort all of you at this time of sorrow. With much love and admiration, Jim and Joyce Beattie
