Obituary of Bill Merriam

Merriam: William "Bill" passed away peacefully at the Watford Quality Care Centre on Friday, December 16, 2022 at the age of 73. Born in Euphemia Twp., son of the Late James and Viola (Joyce) Merriam. Beloved husband and best friend of Reta Schram. Bill is survived by his children Lori Merriam-Green (Cordell), Julie Merriam, Kerri Merriam-Buckton (Charles) and his step-children Sylvie Houde, Marcel Houde, and Jason Houde. Sadly missed by his many grandchildren. Dear brother of Norma Shaw, Irene Ramey, Ruth Driessens (Jim), Darlene Ameel (Dan), Joe, Stanley, Dan, and Jack Merriam. Predeceased by his step-mother Dorothy (White) Merriam and brothers Melvin and Fred Merriam. Also survived by the mother of his children Gloria M. Merriam and many nieces and nephews. The Merriam family will receive family and friends at the Badder & Robinson Funeral Home, 211 Elm St., Bothwell on Monday, December 19, 2022 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Cremation will take place with the Interment of Cremains in Johnston Cemetery, Euphemia Twp., at a later date.
