Obituary of Joanne Marlene White

White; Joanne M. (Murray) formerly of Thamesville, passed away peacefully at the Chatham-Kent Hospice, on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at the age of 82. Born in Chatham, daughter of the late Fred and Alva (McAlorum) Murray. Joanne was a very hard worker, she worked in food services at Four Counties Health Services and Residence on the Thames in Chatham where she cooked and had worked at Vivian Cleaners in Thamesville. She loved to crochet. Beloved wife of the Late Ralph White (1997). Loving mother of Jamie McMaster (Kevin), Jeanette Ashburn (Mike), John Gartner (Tammy), Jeff Gartner (Shelly) and step-mother to Danielle Myers and Sylvia Charron-Dunn. Joanne will be missed by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her brother David Murray. At Joanne's request cremation has taken place. A Family Graveside service will be held at St. Paul's Cemetery, Thamesville at a later date.
