Obituary of Marianna Jean Badder

Badder: Marianna J. (Gardiner), formerly of Wabash, passed away peacefully at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham at the age of 96. Born in Valetta, Tilbury East Twp., daughter of the late William Reginald and Oral Bell (Smith) Gardiner. Marianna graduated Nursing in 1947. She was an "Elder" in the Community of Christ, Wabash. Predeceased by her son David (1981) and brother Neil Gardiner (Annie). Beloved wife of the Late Allan Badder (2013). Loving mother and mother-in-law of Chuck (Bonnie), Lynn, Wayne (Connie), Neil (Kathy), Barbara Mallette (Ron), Brenda Love, Judy Pickard (John), Janet Johnson (Al), Cheryl McDonald (Carl), Doug (Sandra) and Jackie Badder (Carlyle). Loving grandma of 37 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. The Badder family will receive family and friends at the Badder Funeral Home & Reception Centre, 679 North St., Dresden on Sunday from 4-8 pm. The Funeral Service will be held at the Community of Christ, Wabash (29015 Sharrow Rd, Thamesville, ON N0P 2K0) on Monday, April 24, 2023 at 11 am. Interment in Mayhew-Mt.
