Obituary of Mary Stocking

Stocking: Mary (Hack) formerly of Bothwell, passed away peacefully at the Village on the Ridge, Ridgetown on Saturday, July 11, 2015 at the age of 90. Born in Yugoslavia, daughter of the late John and Annie Hack. Beloved wife of the late George Stocking. Loving mother of Dave Stocking (Susan), Dennis Stocking and the late Donald Stocking. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Wade, Charlene (Bill), Mike (Kim), Marcy, Tara (Don), Scott (Tracy) and 12 great-grandchildren. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Pete Hack (Gail), and Eleanor Hack. Also survived by daughters-in-law Gayle Tunks, and Liz McMaster and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a great-grandson Tyler, a brother Mike, a sister Theresa, and brothers-in-law Roger and Willy. The Stocking family will receive friends at the John C. Badder Funeral Home, 72 Victoria St., Thamesville on Tuesday from 2- 4 and 7- 9PM. Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 628, Chatham will hold a legion service on Tuesday evening at 6:45pm.The funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at 11AM with Pastor Al McIntyre officiating. Interment Bothwell Cemetery. Donations may be made at the funeral home by cheque to the Village on the Ridge (New Bus Fund) or Canadian Cancer Society.
