Jacobs: Glen "Chohkalihle" a resident of Moraviantown, passed away suddenly at his home on Friday, August 21, 2015 at the age of 65. Born in Chatham son of the late Cyril and Eva (Noah) Jacobs. Chohkalihle dedicated many years to educating and teaching the Lunaapeew Language. His laugh and smile will be remembered by all. Beloved husband of Karen (Snake) Jacobs. Loving father of Anthony Snake, Lesley Snake, Christopher Jacobs, Leianne Jacobs, and Tom Jacobs. Sadly missed by his 10 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Dear brother of Doreen Jacobs, Lorne Jacobs, Tara Hoyt, Cathy Driefist, and Sherry Cole. Predeceased by his brother Randall. The Jacobs family will receive friends at 14617 River line, Moraviantown on Sunday afternoon starting at 4pm.
