Obituary of Gladys Jones

Jones: Gladys (Humphrey), a resident of Blenheim, passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham on Monday, March 14, 2011 at the age of 92. Born in Zone Centre, daughter of the late Arthur and Bertha (Berry) Humphrey. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Velma Wolfe of Ridgetown, Christina Christensen of London, Gordon and Lillian Humphrey of St. Thomas, and Bernice Humphrey of Ridgetown. A special Aunt to Pat and Fred Ryckman and family and many other nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sisters Donna Nealey, Esther Humphrey, her brothers Norman "Nick" Humphrey, Robert Humphrey, sister-in-law Mae Humphrey, and brothers-in-law Eric Christensen, John Wolfe and Bill Nealey. Family and friends will be received at the the John C. Badder Funeral Home, 72 Victoria St., Thamesville on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. The funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday, March 17, 2011 at 2:30pm with Rev. Bill Terris officiating. Interment Mayhew-Mt.Pleasant Cemetery, Thamesville.
