McIntyre: Albert J., a resident of Kent Bridge, passed away peacefully at the C.K.H.A., with his family by his side on Saturday, July 2, 2011 at the age of 95. Born in Glencoe, son of the late James A. and Louvina (George) McIntyre. Albert had managed W.G. Thompson’s in Kent Bridge for 30 years. Beloved husband of the late Marjorie (Malott) McIntyre (2008). Loving father of Harold McIntyre (Marion) of Oil Springs, Allan McIntyre (Jean) of Bothwell, Eleanor Kinsman (Don) of Staples, Luanne Kresky (Michael) of Strathroy. Loving grandfather of 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Dear sister Ilene McPhee. Also survived by a sister-in-law Bea McIntyre and brother-in-law Walter Greenway. Predeceased by a granddaughter Deborah; sisters Laura Ure (George), Frances Shaw (Chester), Dorothy Greenway; a brother Archie McIntyre; and a brother-in-law Wm. McPhee. The McIntyre family will receive friends at the John C. Badder Funeral Home, 72 Victoria St., Thamesville on Tuesday, from 2-4 and 7-9pm. The funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at 11:00am with Rev. Paul Shaw of Mt. Zion Presbyterian Church, Ridgetown officiating. Interment Greenwood Cemetery, Ridgetown. Donations may be made at the funeral home by cheque to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Mt.
