Pa... not a day goes by that we don't think of you or remember something you have said!! We feel you with us everyday! Although we know you are looking down over us, we still miss you so much. You touched our lives in so many different ways...you made us better people.

To the Barker family, I am sorry for your loss. May family and friends give each of you comfort along with God's Word. John 5:21,28,29 and Acts 24:15 assure us that those who have fallen asleep in death have the wonderful prospect of living again, at a time
when God will remove all sickness, pain, and even death from the earth forever! (Revelation 21:4; Isaiah 25:8)
May these scriptures help to console you, providing you each with hope and peace.

Joyce & Family,
I am truly shocked and saddened to hear of Lee's passing. I feel so blessed to have spent time with Lee just last summer renovating your front yard again! It has always been a pleasure serving you and Lee at the nursery. I will miss seeing Lee and chatting it up with him from his past work experience with my father-in-law to discussing family birthday get togethers and all those interesting gatherings. Lee always made conversation interesting and had a great sense of humour in addition to it all. I will truly miss our catching up with the latest happenings. Please let me know Joyce if you are in need of anything. Deepest sympathy, thoughts and prayers Wendy Trahan.

I am very sad to see Lee pass away. When I started in the Tech Services Dept at Union Gas he was my boss. He was the best supervisor one could ask to have. So helpful, humorous and made work a delight to be at daily. When working along side Lee he taught me so much that I still utilise today in my job. What an amazing foundation he provided me of knowledge and his immense know how.
Lee was one of the most naturally innovative thinking people I have ever met and will never forget the times he would make a system operate with some pondering and wrenching. In my eyes in was the the real life MacGyver.
In our department at that time Lee was loved and respected by everyone since he was so fair and respectful to everyone that reported to him. I personally looked up to him so much and always loved hearing the stories and situations he had experienced in the past. Many times when we travelled for hours to remote stations I had the opportunity to hear many of these. I will never forget the good times and many laughs we had at work !!
Many of us here had mixed emotions when the day came for Lee to retire from Union Gas. Such a wonderfully funny guy with a vast amount of knowledge out the door. But was great he got time to enjoy retirement and was so nice when he would pop back in to say hi here at our shop.
My condolences to Joyce and the boys and feel lucky you had Lee in your lives for so many years. He made many good memories in many people's lives. I am sure you will all think of good times with Lee like I do today and many days to come.
Sincerely Dave Yakubowich

Joyce, I'm so sorry to hear of Leroy's passing. He was a good friend of my dad. I have many good memories of him helping dad in the woodshop build his electric guitar. He had a big heart and was always ready to help you when you needed a hand. He helped me with two big electronics projects in college. He always had an answer for everything. He will be missed by all.
